We're on the lookout for seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to step into the position of Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiter. While partnering with clients, you will lead full-cycle placement initiatives, establishing lasting relationships founded on trust and mutual growth. Coupled with some of the industry's most competitive commission structures, your contributions will directly translate to financial rewards.

Manage full-cycle placements from initial intake to final negotiations.

Act as a liaison with clients to grasp their unique needs, challenges, and workplace culture.

Source candidates creatively using our state-of-the-art CRM/ATS, alongside your established network and proprietary tools.

Utilize our tech platform to efficiently oversee candidates, manage outreach, and nurture organization.

Focus on permanent placements that foster enduring client partnerships and yield high commissions for you.

Engage in thought leadership as we elevate our brand — and yours.

Our robust platform is designed to eliminate roadblocks, allowing you to prioritize your strengths — nurturing relationships and generating results.

Comprehensive tech access: Seamless integration of CRM, ATS, and marketing tools — all in one user-friendly interface, reducing reliance on multiple platforms.

2–3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.

A solid grasp of the healthcare sector, or keen to learn under our guidance.

Adept in managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.

Comfortable with ATS/CRM systems (you'll receive training on ours).
