Print Production & Signage Coordinator (Part-Time)

The Print Production & Signage Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of One Community Church’s print production services. This part-time position ensures that high-quality printed materials are produced accurately and on time while maintaining print equipment, coordinating with external vendors, managing church signage, and supporting ministry events through excellent customer service and attention to detail.Various shift work. (Primarily 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with occasional evening shift hours 6:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. based on ministry events and production needs.)Essential ResponsibilitiesOperate digital printing and finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.Perform cutting, trimming, stapling, folding, and other finishing tasks.Prioritize multiple print requests while meeting established deadlines.Proofread materials for formatting, alignment, and production quality prior to printing.Coordinate with the Communications team to resolve file or design issues before production.Perform routine equipment maintenance, including replacing toner, paper, staples, and other consumables.Monitor equipment performance and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with service vendors.Manage relationships with external print vendors for outsourced projects.Track outsourced jobs to ensure timely completion and delivery.Pick up completed print or signage orders from local vendors as needed.Maintain inventory, organization, storage, and availability of church signage.Collaborate with ministry leaders and staff to fulfill print requests and communicate production timelines.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe print production workspace.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in print production, copy center operations, or a related field preferred.Experience operating commercial printers and finishing equipment preferred.Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF applications.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExceptional attention to detail and quality control.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexibility to work varying shifts based on ministry events.Physical RequirementsStand for extended periods.Lift and carry up to 40 pounds.Bend, stoop, reach, and safely operate print production equipment.Travel to various church campuses for print needs.Working ConditionsIndoor office and print production environment.Moderate equipment noise.Occasional evening and late-night work supporting church events.Mission AlignmentSupport the mission, vision, and values of One Community Church by producing high-quality printed materials and signage that effectively communicate ministry initiatives, worship experiences, and organizational events.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
