We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Fort Pierce area. This is an opportunity for a proven technician who can independently diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service.


What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and installations
• Accurately identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs or solutions
• Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
• Identify replacement and upgrade opportunities when appropriate
• Complete service documentation using company technology
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Drive a company-provided vehicle to customer locations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Proven ability to independently diagnose and complete HVAC repairs
• $750K+ in verifiable annual revenue production
• Active EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and safety-focused
• Comfortable working independently in residential homes
• Sales or service-upgrade experience is a plus
• Must pass a drug screening
