Commercial Account Manager

Overview As part of the Orkin Commercial sales team, you will be an Outside Sales Representative who sells pest control products and services to a variety of industries. Your role involves prospecting new business, conducting inspections, recommending solutions, and building trusted customer relationships. You will work with award‑winning training and the Orkin Guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities As an Outside Sales Rep you will: Prioritize safety in all responsibilities Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers, recommending the best innovative solution Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of customers' commercial property Make recommendations to customers based on your inspection and issues identified Use iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized We Offer Estimated first‑year earnings: $80,000 to $100,000 USD annually Base plus uncapped commission Company vehicle with gas card after training is completed Company provided iPhone and iPad with sales software Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity, and life insurance 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave Employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, dependent scholarship awards Industry leading, quality, comprehensive training program Qualifications No experience required; sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license required Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid) Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients Physical Demands / Working Conditions Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
