Allegiance Staffing is currently seeking:

Position: Manufacturing Associate

Shift: multiple shifts

Pay: $14/hr

Location: Goldsboro, NC

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Associate supports daily production operations by assembling, operating, and monitoring equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform assembly, production, and packaging tasks according to work instructions

· Operate basic manufacturing equipment and machinery as assigned

· Inspect products during production to ensure quality and compliance with specifications

· Maintain a steady workflow to meet production goals and deadlines

· Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE

· Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

· Accurately complete production and quality documentation

· Assist team members and supervisors as needed to support operations

Qualifications & Skills

· Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

· Strong attention to detail and quality

· Dependable with good attendance and work ethic

· Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

· Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

Work Environment

· Manufacturing or industrial facility

· Exposure to noise, machinery, and production equipment

· PPE required
