Queens, New York – Primary Care Physician Opportunity

• Permanent position
• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine or internal medicine physician
• Geriatrics or Palliative Care/Hospice backgrounds also considered
• Outpatient primary care opportunity
• No call required
• Flexible scheduling based on location needs
• Part-time or full-time options available
• H1B visa sponsorship available
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Spanish speaking preferred, but not required
• Preference for candidates who speak Hindi or Urdu
• Preference for candidates willing to float between offices in New Hyde Park, Glendale, Fresh Meadows, and Forest Hills
• Provide comprehensive primary care services within established standards of care
• Order and interpret laboratory and radiology tests
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Prescribe medications and treatment regimens
• Counsel patients on lifestyle and dietary modifications
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Active New York medical license required
• Current DEA and DPS registration required or ability to obtain during credentialing
• Prior primary care experience preferred
