DISHWASHER

You'll help keep our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment for our team and guests. Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment through consistent cleaning, organizing, and replenishing of necessary supplies. Scrub and rinse pots, pans, cooking equipment, utensils, chinaware, glassware, and silverware, loading racks and operating the dish machine as needed. Sort and transport clean dishes, utensils, and equipment to kitchen stations and designated storage areas. Set up and break down dish stations, including dish machines, sinks, and work areas. Keep floors clean and dry throughout the shift by promptly addressing spills and hazards. Change machine and sink water every two hours, or more frequently based on business volume, while properly following chemical dilution standards. Maintain trash receptacles throughout the shift, remove full trash and boxes, and clean containers as needed. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming, cleanliness, and hygiene, including wearing the proper uniform while on duty. Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisors and management. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with varying levels of noise, temperature, water exposure, and cleaning chemicals.
