Apply engineering expertise to develop practical recommendations that address project challenges and drive successful outcomes for public and private sector clients.Project Leadership: Oversee geotechnical projects through all phases, ensuring technical quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to project budgets.Technical Analysis: Interpret subsurface exploration, laboratory testing, and field investigation data to develop practical, reliable geotechnical recommendations.Documentation & Business Development: Prepare engineering reports, project proposals, and cost estimates while contributing to client pursuits and business growth opportunities.Client & Project Coordination: Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors by providing technical guidance, addressing project challenges, and ensuring successful project execution.Team Development: Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and staff while fostering a collaborative environment centered on quality, safety, and continuous professional growth.About You:You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining, or a related engineering field.You have 5+ years of related geotechnical engineering experience which preferably includes some extent of project management responsibilities.You have or are on track to obtain an Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license Grow With Us:At S&ME, your career growth matters.
