Hcm Consultant

Marathon TS is looking for a HCM Consultant to support our efforts at DIA:

Responsibilities:

Implement Workday HCM modules
Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
Guide clients on HCM configuration and implementation
Lead data conversion from legacy systems
Advise on HCM application planning
Communicate project updates to clients
Mentor and share knowledge with team

Qualifications:

2+ years implementing Workday HCM
Experience with end-to-end HCM implementations
Deep understanding of HCM configuration
Workday HCM certification preferred
Consulting experience with Workday deployment partners
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Ability to learn technology quickly
Leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Creativity, flexibility, and positive attitude
