Key Responsibilities Assist in the restoration of files, profiles, and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, and Commvault. Facilitate tape movements for data restores in the Data Center. Help customers with file management, profile standards, and e-mail organization. Maintain knowledge of profile and permission structures. Handle resolution and ticketing in alignment with SLA requirements. Develop, manage, and test backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for critical systems and services. Participate in disaster recovery drills and business continuity planning. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes. Create reports on system performance, security incidents, and other key metrics. Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure coordinated delivery of IT services. Provide recommendations for system improvements based on analysis and industry best practices. Work Tuesday through Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM. Qualifications 5+ years of related experience in IT infrastructure and operations. Current Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance (or ability to obtain). US citizenship required. Experience with backup and recovery software, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Technical skills: critical thinker, quick learner, detail oriented, organized, strong verbal and written communication. Ability to work independently and collaborate with end users and IT staff. 8570 compliant with Security+ certification (or equivalent). Shift availability: Tuesday-Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM.
