About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Specialty and Wellness Marketing in Focus Markets. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial marketer with a strong background in B2B and B2B2C marketing. This role is pivotal in driving growth across the specialty and wellness focus markets, with a primary focus on client-level and market-level marketing activation. The AVP will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance provider and location engagement, consumer applications, and purchase volume. This is a client-facing, individual contributor role that requires high visibility and significant cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 4 years in multi-channel marketing, and a proven track record in B2B marketing, with B2B2C experience being strongly preferred. Key responsibilities for the AVP include client and partner ownership and planning, leading the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, and driving point-of-sale conversion. The role demands a marketer who is adept at using analytics, testing, and segmentation to optimize performance and is skilled in influencing and coordinating work across internal teams. The candidate should be digitally savvy, with experience in paid media concepts, and have a strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms. The position requires a professional with excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Experience in multi-location, franchise, or enterprise partner models, as well as in healthcare, wellness, specialty services, or financial products marketing, is a plus.
