Part Time Mental Health Therapist

Position Overview We’re seeking a Part Time School Based Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. In this role, you’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful, client-centered care. Position Summary Brighter, Stronger Foundation is seeking Mental Health Therapists to provide quality, individualized treatment to our growing clientele within the Harford County public school system. What you'll do Provide quality clinical assessment and treatment, interventions and care based on established best practices and medical necessity guidelines Complete diagnostic assessments and develop measurable treatment plans to meet needs and goals of clients Complete diagnostic assessment tools that support and correspond with client’s clinical presentation Complete client notes capturing each client session Complete clinical documentation in compliance with payor standards Maintain clear, up-to-date client records and communications in HIPAA compliant EHR Provide culturally sensitive, client-centered care Work collaboratively with members of BSF’s team Provide community referral sources as required throughout care and at discharge When relevant, coordinate care with prescriber, PCP, or other collaterals Maintain a confidential and professional looking virtual office space Remain in compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain good standing with all licensing boards Complete all required continuing education requirements for licensure and specializations What We Offer?
