Overview The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services by evaluating patients, establishing and implementing effective treatment plans with functional treatment goals, providing patient education and therapeutic intervention/activity programs and educating in use of assistive devices. Position is responsible for observing, evaluating and documenting the results of treatment interventions and modifying age‑appropriate treatment plan accordingly. May be required to cover other areas of the WakeMed Rehab continuum as needed. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist – Required Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy – Required (or Doctorate in Physical Therapy – Required) 2 Years Clinical Experience in Physical Therapy – Preferred Pelvic/Ortho split – required Mentoring and training available for the right candidate EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr Itlearn360
