What We Are Looking For

• Strong automotive diagnostic and repair abilities
• Dependable, organized and productive
• Willing to take on a variety of work
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Thorough documentation of inspections and repairs
• Ability to work well with advisors, parts and other technicians
• Previous dealership or independent repair-shop experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal tools required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns
• Perform inspections, maintenance and recommended repairs
• Accurately document findings, causes and corrections
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Communicate needed parts and additional repairs clearly
• Help maintain a clean, organized and professional shop
• Work with the team to keep repair orders moving and vehicles completed on time
