Tornado Laundromat in Amarillo, TX is looking for an energetic and dependable Manager to lead our team and keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your leadership truly makes a difference. This position includes many perks but a highly incentivized performance bonus is just a small part of the perks that come with this position.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Oversee day-to-day laundromat operations including opening and closing procedures
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor and maintain laundry equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
• Handle cash management, daily deposits
• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Track inventory of supplies and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels

Requirements:

• Prior management or supervisory experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Basic math and cash-handling experience
• Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues or coordinate with technicians
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
