About the Role:

• Prepare and clean asphalt surfaces for sealcoating application.
• Apply sealcoat using spray, squeegee, or brush methods.
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure efficient operation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project updates.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training new team members on sealcoating techniques and safety practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sealcoating or asphalt maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
