Your work helps streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve the reliability of systems that thousands of colleagues rely on every day.You’ll collaborate with engineers, product partners, and business stakeholders in a supportive, inclusive environment where ideas are encouraged and learning is continuous. This role offers the opportunity to solve meaningful problems, grow your technical skills, and contribute to client-focused solutions that make a real impact.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications that support internal usersApply full-stack development practices to create clean, reusable, and well-tested codeCollaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into thoughtful technical solutionsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience through technologyBuild and support internal tools, intranet applications, and monitoring solutionsParticipate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activitiesWhat you haveRequired QualificationsBA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.2+ years of professional experience building web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React and TypeScript2+ years of professional experience developing back-end services using C# and .NET Core2+ years of experience using DevOps or CI/CD tools to support secure development and deploymentAbility to design and integrate RESTful APIs to support reliable and scalable applicationsAbility to work with SQL and relational databases to develop queries while maintaining data accuracyAbility to collaborate effectively by listening actively, sharing ideas clearly, and incorporating feedbackAbility to analyze technical challenges, apply sound judgment, and deliver effective solutionsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environmentsFamiliarity with additional JavaScript frameworks or modern front-end patternsUnderstanding of authentication and authorization concepts such as OAuth or JSON Web TokensExperience building tools or applications that support internal teams or operational workflowsCuriosity and commitment to continuous learning and skill developmentIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunitiesWhat’s in it for youAt Schwab, you’re empowered to shape your future.
