The Role at a Glance: We are looking to add a motivated concession stand worker to lead within an energetic environment at the Warner Coliseum in Falcon Heights, MN. This position can be expanded to a year-round position for the right candidate! As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality customer service and food preparation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food.
• Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.
• Ordering food and paper products as needed.
• Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Training new staff members as needed.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• At least one years' experience in a foodservice role.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least one years' experience in a supervisory role.

Where You'll Be Working: Lancer Hospitality at the Warner Coliseum Compensation Range $19 - $20 per hour
