This isn't just a job, it's a chance to drive meaningful change and help define the future of our communities.In the role of Project Manager Architecture, we'll count on you to:Lead healthcare projects from planning through design, construction, and closeoutIndependently coordinate work of Project Architects and balance multidiscipline teams throughout the entire project's developmentBe involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsFacilitate design work sessions during all phases of delivery with the client and their representatives; and facilitate sessions in collaboration with the Project Architect and other disciplines as required to advance the work throughout all phases of deliveryExperience with California healthcare projects, including OSHPD-1 and OSHPD-3, navigating reviews, approvals, code compliance, and coordination with AHJCoordinate staffing workload through entire project development to complete documents on scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, including forecasting and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule and internal labor budgetWork with the Health Principal, Regional Controller, and Managing Principal for project reviews with corporate management as neededChampion quality control and assurance process by working with Quality Management Coordinator to facilitate quality meetings throughout all phases of project developmentParticipate in marketing activities representing project management requirements of proposals, schedules, fees, interview teams, etc.Strengthen client relations through excellence in project deliveryPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEEDExperience with California healthcare projects, including OSHPD-1 and OSHPD-3Local candidates preferredRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture7 years related experienceA minimum 2 years project managementRegistered ArchitectMust be able to lead a team on projectsExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)Good planning and mentoring skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustPrimary Location: United States-California-San FranciscoOther Locations: United States-California-FolsomIndustry: ArchitectureSchedule: Full-timeEmployee Status: Regular BusinessClass: Health ARCJob Posting: Mar 23, 2026The expected compensation range for this position is San Francisco, CA $145,145.00 - $207,350.00 Folsom $122,815 - $175,450 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
