Description for Parts Counter In person/phone/email/online sales Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment Meet sales goals and gross profit goals Order parts according to dealership procedures Maintain special order parts for service department Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service Maintain a clean and safe work area Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes Provide written quotes to customers as needed Process core/warranty according to company guidelines Qualifications High School diploma or GED One- to two years of sales experience preferred Benefits Uniforms Medical Insurance Dental and Vision STD and LTD Insurance 401k We are an equal opportunity employer.
