Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and order placement
• Prepare and assemble food items according to Runza's quality standards and recipes
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently following health and safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Handle customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to enhance guest experience
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
