Bilingual Immigration Paralegal (Spanish/English)

We're looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Immigration Paralegal or Legal Assistant who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and excited to build a long-term career helping immigrants and their families achieve the American Dream. What You'll Do As a member of our legal team, you'll work directly with our attorneys throughout every stage of a client's case—not simply process paperwork. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing USCIS, National Visa Center, and Immigration Court filings Drafting immigration forms and legal correspondence Gathering and organizing supporting evidence Communicating with clients in both English and Spanish Maintaining case files in Docketwise Monitoring case deadlines and government processing Preparing attorney packets for interviews and hearings Helping clients navigate one of the most important moments of their lives Practice Areas You'll Experience Unlike many firms that focus on only one area of immigration law, you'll gain experience in a broad range of cases, including: Family-Based Immigration Adjustment of Status Employment-Based Immigration O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visas EB-1 Extraordinary Ability Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to continuously learn and develop professionally.
