We have more people who need coverage than we have hours to call them. You'll be the person who gets them protected, and you'll earn well doing it. We are a team of driven entrepreneurs, who help families get the right coverages.

Sales Team Vision
We are looking for leaders who can prove themselves and move up fast to scale. We shoot to improve your skills to become a better closer.
You have the responsibility of selling Home-Auto-Life-Commercial insurance to our prospects and retaining our book of business strong
What success looks like
- Performance based career growth
- Uncapped commissions
- 30 days: licensed , trained, and making calls
- 90 days: consistently hitting 20-25 policies a month
Responsibilities:
- Be a Team Player
- Follow up relentlessly
- High work ethic
- Coachability
Requirements
- Great communication skills
- Able to manage your own time properly
- Exceptional over the phone
- Willingness to get your Texas insurance license (we'll pay for it)
Compensation:
- $20k base salary + uncapped commission
- OTE $60k-$80k+
