MRI Technologist - Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: Monday to Wednesday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM

The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing MRI scans in a hospital setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort while producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. This role requires proficiency in MRI technology and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans on patients following established protocols.
• Ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff during procedures.
• Explain the MRI procedure to patients and address any concerns.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care and image quality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• ARRT certification in MRI or ARMIT.
• Texas Medical Board (TMB) license.
• BLS certification.
• 2 years of MRI experience preferred.
