Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine program
• CNMT or ARRT(N) certification required
• AHA BLS certification required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures and related techniques to produce diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring they meet requirements.
• Provide instruction to obtain desired results, gain cooperation, and minimize anxiety.
• Apply principles of nuclear medicine safety to minimize risk to the patient and self.
• Operate nuclear medicine and associated equipment to achieve desired results.
• Position the patient and equipment to best demonstrate the anatomic area of interest, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Evaluate images and data for technical quality and document all information pertinent to the procedures in the electronic medical record.
