Located in Rancho Cucamonga , CA Salary: $18.50-$19.50 Recruiter - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CAFull-Time | Express Employment Professionals Express Employment Professionals in Rancho Cucamonga is currently looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to support our recruiting and client service team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and contributing to a fast-paced staffing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting applicants and conducting initial candidate interviews.
- Perform reference checks and support the onboarding process.
- Make sales and outreach calls to potential clients and candidates.
- Help establish and maintain strong relationships with local companies.
- Support candidate/job matching and follow-up communication.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Provide front-line customer service to applicants and clients.
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) .
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume data entry with accuracy.
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong follow-through and organizational skills.
