Specialized Driver Overview
- Pay that performs for specialists. Earn 61-63CPM base pay based on experience, with average weekly earnings of $1,558 and top performers bringing home up to $2,025 per week.*
- Get paid to get started. Earn a $2,000 hiring bonus plus $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch, with an all-expenses-paid orientation at a luxury hotel in Roseville or Appling, GA.
- Home time you can plan around. Run a schedule that gets you home weekly, with occasional Saturday work built in.
- More ways to earn on the road. Drop, stop, and detention pay are available to help your paycheck stack up beyond the base rate.
- Freight built for specialists. Haul ATVs and other recreational vehicles on custom decking trailers, running familiar specialized routes that reward experienced drivers with bigger paychecks.
- Modern trucks made for comfort. Drive Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks averaging 16 months old, equipped with refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
