As independent contractors, they are in business for themselves but not by themselves, and they: Diversify their income through multiple product lines beyond financial services. Leverage the portfolio of property and casualty, life and health, and annuities and investment products and services. Educate clients and prospects about our products and services. Collaborate with COUNTRY Financial® Insurance Agents to secure business. Establish an office and build a staff. Conduct financial solution seminars. Qualifications Successful COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors are: Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
