Nursing is what we do! Salem Health & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an RN House Supervisor to work   for our 210 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Salem, VA .

Monday-Friday 3p-11p

$10,000 Retention Bonus!!

The RN House Supervisor oversees the nursing department in the DON’s absence. The House Supervisor reviews staffing at the change of a shift and assigns and replaces staff to meet patient care needs. Completes patient care rounds. Coordinates admissions, transfers and /or discharges and ensures appropriate documentation. Assists in orientation of night shift employees. Supervises and evaluates night shift employees. This position includes a rotating on call schedule.

 

Qualified candidates will be a licensed RN.
