Experience working in an IT services, MSP, or technology-driven environment is highly preferred. Most importantly, you enjoy being the person who keeps operations running smoothly while supporting both internal teams and clients.What does your day/week look like?Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for client and internal equipment, supplies, and technology resourcesDevelop vendor quotes and prepare client-facing quotes using ConnectWiseProcess purchase requests and purchase orders while ensuring documentation accuracyCoordinate incoming and outgoing shipments through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and UberTrack orders and shipments, proactively resolving delays, discrepancies, damages, and lossesMaintain accurate inventory records and documentation across ConnectWise and inventory management systemsReconcile purchase orders, invoices, and received inventory to ensure accuracy and completenessCoordinate RMAs, replacements, returns, warranty claims, and vendor creditsCommunicate order, shipment, and inventory status updates to clients and internal stakeholdersIdentify process improvements and operational efficiencies that enhance service delivery and customer satisfactionAssist with office coordination activities and facility-related service requestsMeet regularly with leadership to review procurement activities, logistics performance, customer concerns, and operational metricsWhat do you need for this amazing opportunity?Strong customer service and relationship management skillsExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesProven analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlinesHigh attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality controlExperience with procurement, purchasing, vendor management, and order lifecycle managementKnowledge of inventory control, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and logistics coordinationExperience coordinating shipments, deliveries, and resolving logistics-related issuesProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience using ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Autotask, or similar PSA platforms preferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Technology, or a related field preferredValid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportationAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as requiredWillingness to travel occasionally as neededWho are We?M3 Technology Consultants, headquartered in Fairfax, VA, was founded in 2003 and has grown into a dynamic and rapidly expanding IT services provider.
