Gastroenterologist Position

We are seeking a part-time Gastroenterologist at the Clement J. Zablocki VAMC. Candidate should also be eligible for an academic appointment with the Medical College of Wisconsin (0.25 FTE) or an increase to full-time within the VA. This position will involveclinical work, administrative work, and teaching of interns, residents, and fellows. The candidate should be proficient in upper and lower endoscopy and all aspects of diagnosis and management of general gastroenterology. Expectations include advanced endoscopy techniques of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, endoscopic ultrasound, and third space endoscopy. Evidence of research or other scholarly activity is preferred. Call responsibilities in rotation with Clement J. Zablocki and if appointed at 0.25 FTE at Medical College of Wisconsin will include covering the Medical College of Wisconsin's other academic hospital, Froedtert Memorial Hospital. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
