Sales Associate
Join JOE Machens Capital City Ford as a Sales Associate in Jefferson City, MO. This position involves engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs, providing detailed product information, and contributing to the dealership's sales success.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations, explain vehicle features, financing, and warranties.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Keep updated on inventory and market trends.
- Complete sales documentation accurately and comply with policies.
- Offer test drives following dealership procedures.
- Analyze sales performance to improve effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven automotive sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with enthusiasm for teamwork.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug test.
