We are seeking a motivated and experienced Counter Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in counter sales, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient sales operations.

• Lead and supervise the counter sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Train and mentor new and existing sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales counter environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.

• Proven experience as a Counter Sales Lead or similar role in retail or sales environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or management are a plus.
