  • Location: Denver, CO 80202
  • Shift Timing: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $/Hr. Negotiable. On W2

 

JOB SUMMARY
The Site Manager will oversee the daily Office Services operation for the Denver office. The role will manage copy, mail, fax, hospitality, reception, imaging, courier, and managed print services while ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and professionally.

The Site Manager will also supervise one on-site employee, coordinate daily workflow, maintain service standards, and serve as the primary point of contact for the client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily operations of a small-to-medium-sized office services site.
  • Supervise and support a small team, including performance management and employee development.
  • Manage copy, print, mail, courier, hospitality, imaging, and reception services.
  • Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure service standards and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Assess staffing needs and support employee career development.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Ricoh products and services and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate team priorities and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Handle client-facing communication and present information to groups when required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3–5 years of related work experience.
  • Approximately 2 years of previous management/supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • 3–5 years of customer-facing experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of technology and office services.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Prior law firm, professional services, hospitality, or office services experience is highly preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to regularly walk throughout the office and between service areas.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stretch as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry packages, materials, and office supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
