Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

To support a growing finance team, the remote Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will prepare SEC filings, financial statements, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP while collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including 8-Ks, 10-Qs, and 10-Ks, along with XBRL tagging Prepare financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Work with external auditors and ensure SOX compliance throughout financial reporting processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent business degree 2-5+ years of relevant industry or public accounting experience Understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosure and reporting requirements CPA license or actively working towards obtaining the license Proficient in Microsoft Excel Virtual Vocations Inc
