Our organization is in search of a board-certified or eligible OBGYN Physician to join our team at the regional Women’s Health practice, dedicated to serving the coastal communities of Maine. The ideal candidate will collaborate with experienced providers and a supportive staff, fostering a positive work environment. The Women’s Health office in our region offers a variety of services, including:

• Pregnancy care and counseling for conception and infertility
• Care during and after pregnancy
• Gynecological services, such as treatment for abnormal bleeding, fibroids, and endometriosis

Additionally, our team provides family planning services, including counseling and prescriptions for birth control. We also focus on preventive care, which encompasses:

• Annual physical examinations
• Screenings for breast and cervical cancer
• Screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections
• Breast care services
• Management of menstrual issues, perimenopause, and menopause
• Support for breastfeeding, incontinence treatment, and sexual health counseling

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Maine, or the ability to secure one before starting employment.

• Board Certification or Eligibility.

• Active and unrestricted DEA license, or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.

Compensation packages may include various incentives based on eligibility, such as recruitment bonuses, relocation assistance, productivity bonuses, and quality incentives. The annual base salary for this role is set at $385,000.
