Auditor

Major Duties:

• Plans, conducts, reports, and follow-ups on all audit related work.
• Evaluates compliance with program regulations, policies and procedures.
• Assesses accomplishment of program goals; and to gauge the economy of the hospital's operations.
• Conducts audits and reviews using Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and/or Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards.
• Identifies deficiencies, violations, and non-compliances in audit subject to provide basis for recommendations.
• Completes the audit work papers and submits the findings and recommendations in a report. Presents findings to the supervisor and/or management officials for review.
• Performs follow-up on audit findings until findings are corrected.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30 pm

Telework: This position may be authorized for ad-hoc telework.
