Remote Collections Analyst II - C&I Energy

IGS Energy is seeking a Collections Analyst II to manage a portfolio of Commercial & Industrial energy accounts. You will contact customers to secure payment and review aging reports to identify delinquencies while ensuring compliance with company policies. You will collaborate with internal teams, negotiate payment arrangements, document interactions in CRM, and escalate complex cases to leadership.
