Location: Austin, TX

Pay Rate: $22 per hour, W 2

Duration: 3+ Month Contract

Work Mode: 100% onsite

Summary:

Ensure accurate and efficient processing of legal documents received by the company.

Confirm receipt of documents by clients in a time-sensitive environment.

Support smooth operations and meet customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

Discern which documents are legal Service of Process based on statutes and industry standards.

Process all Service of Process (SOP) documents using proprietary work site, provide delivery instructions, and forward scanned copies to clients.

Communicate with internal receiving offices and third-party vendors regarding documents.

Ensure delivery and confirmation of all SOP documents through email, phone, and FedEx tracking.

Answer client queries regarding SOP and account tools; update client accounts as necessary.

Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail; scan governmental agency correspondence.

Log client correspondence into the management system, generate receipts, and forward to clients.

Requirements:

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to carefully read and interpret state and legal documents.

Self-directed and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Capable of working in a time-sensitive environment with a large workflow.

Creative in identifying ways to increase efficiency and simplify processes.

Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills.

High School diploma or equivalent; highly prefer some college.

Experience with Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word; experience with Adobe Acrobat.
