About the Position

Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Locum Tenens
Quincy, Washington | Monday–Friday Days | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Rhino Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an Occupational Health travel contract in Quincy, Washington .

This onsite role focuses on workplace health, injury assessment and triage, early intervention, ergonomics, injury prevention, and return-to-work support within an industrial environment.

For an NP with Occupational Medicine, Employee Health, Urgent Care, or related experience who enjoys independent clinical practice, this opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with weekends off .

What You'll Do

As an onsite Occupational Health NP, you'll provide frontline clinical support while helping maintain a healthy and safe workforce.

Responsibilities include:

Evaluate and triage workplace injuries and health concerns
Provide appropriate first aid and early-intervention care
Assess musculoskeletal complaints
Perform ergonomic assessments
Identify injury risks and recommend corrective strategies
Support workplace injury-prevention initiatives
Educate employees on safe movement, wellness, and injury prevention
Assist with return-to-work planning
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Support occupational health reporting and data collection
Collaborate with onsite safety, operational, and HR stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner
Active, unrestricted Washington license
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Comfortable practicing independently in an onsite environment

Workplace injury assessment and triage
Musculoskeletal evaluation
Ergonomics and injury prevention
Workers' compensation
OSHA recordability
Return-to-work coordination
CEAS or OSHA 10 certification

Candidates with previous Occupational Health or industrial clinical experience are strongly preferred .
