*What you’ll do*

* Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment.
* Foster literacy education through interactive reading sessions and phonics activities.
* Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum for students with special needs, including those with autism and other disabilities.
* Participate in behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions among students.
* Provide individualized support during activities, ensuring each child receives the attention they need.
* Engage in effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
* Contribute to the planning of educational outings and events that enhance the learning experience.

*Experience*

* Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is highly valued.
* Proven ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those requiring special education support.
* Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with students, parents, and colleagues alike.

* Lead or Assistant Teacher qualifications according to the Wisconsin Registry are required. Assistant class must be completed within 6 months of hire.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
