Our Litigation Support team is seeking a Law Clerk I to support a federal government client on complex litigation matters. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with attorneys and legal professionals on legal research, document preparation, discovery, and litigation support. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research involving statutes, regulations, and case law. Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation. Draft and review motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents. Review documents for relevance and privilege. Prepare Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities and perform Bluebook cite checking. Support eDiscovery, ESI, and document review activities. Analyze complex legal and factual issues and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Required Qualifications Law degree or current enrollment in an ABA-accredited law school with at least one year completed; equivalent legal training/experience may be considered. Knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research procedures. Proficiency with Lexis, Westlaw, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with document review, file management, eDiscovery, and ESI tools. Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Preferred Relativity or other document review platform experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr C&M Legal Search
