Electrician A - Fourth Shift

Shift: 4th shift (Friday - Sunday). Work Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Location: On-site (Mankato, MN). Starting Salary: $38.00–$45.00 hourly plus 10% shift differential. Pay Frequency: Bi‑weekly. Responsibilities Install and maintain electrical equipment within plant facilities. Locate and diagnose electronic and control failures. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring, and testing instruments. Work from wiring diagrams and equipment schematics. Install and set up process equipment and controls. Interpret manufacturer’s specifications. Apply basic software knowledge as needed. Acquire 10,000 hours of experience to become proficient. Perform additional duties as designated by supervisor within the same salary grade or below. Senior employees are preferentially considered for vacancies if they meet qualifications. Position requires special skills and experience not attainable by persons lacking such skill. Qualifications Vocational or high school graduate with formal accredited apprenticeship or equivalent trades training. “Journeyman” electrician license per applicable State codes.
