Account Specialist
Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for an Account Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you'll help maintain strong client partnerships, address day-to-day business needs, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Location: Sparks, NV Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM Must be flexible to occasionally work weekends based on business needs. Work hours and locations may vary depending on operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client accounts.
- Serve as the go-to contact for client questions, concerns, and requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Provide timely follow-up and solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Support daily account operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, staffing, logistics, or a client-facing role preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
