Mortgage Loan Processor

The Mortgage Loan Processor will manage loan files from approval through closing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lending guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and verifying borrower documentation, inputting and updating data in loan origination systems, coordinating with loan officers, underwriters, title, and tracking key milestones in the loan process. The role also involves identifying and resolving documentation issues, communicating clearly with clients and team, and maintaining detailed records to support timely approvals and closings. They will gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms. Qualifications Prior experience as a mortgage loan processor or in a similar lending role preferred. Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and mortgage lending practices. Candidates should possess skills in loan processing and experience managing residential mortgage files. Candidates should possess an understanding of different loan types and related loan products. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to explain requirements clearly to clients.
