Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct empathetic and ethical mental health counseling sessions through video conferencing, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients. \n
- Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment methodologies tailored to individual client needs, enhancing their therapeutic experience. \n
- Formulate and implement effective treatment plans that outline client goals and objectives, regularly revisiting and adjusting to meet evolving needs. \n
- Guide clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships, fostering self-awareness and personal growth. \n
- Continuously monitor clients' progress towards their treatment goals, employing techniques to help them develop healthy coping strategies. \n
Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and life transitions. In this role, you will work closely with clients to build rapport, foster collaboration, and empower them in their journey towards improved mental health and overall quality of life.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- A current, state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently without supervision, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- Applicants must have no limited or provisional licenses, nor any history of disciplinary actions. \n
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care. \n
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms. \n
- A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, as well as a dependable internet connection. \n

- Previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable yet not mandatory. \n
- Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health practices. \n
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a clinical caseload efficiently. \n

- Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. \n
