As a Lead Estimator , you will be responsible for mentoring and giving direction to Estimators, review and prepare job estimates and bids, develop job schedules and forecasts, complete take-offs, conduct site reviews, and interact with customers related to the project. This position works and negotiates with potential subcontractors during the estimating phase. This individual will work closely with the Estimating Manager and Project Management team to ensure customer needs are being met and jobs are being awarded.
