About the Role Every vehicle that leaves Leachman passes through our detail team, whether it's headed to a new owner or back to a service customer. As a Detailer, you are the last set of hands on the vehicle before the customer sees it, and that first impression matters. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in their work, shows initiative, and gets vehicles cleaned inside and out on time and to a standard that exceeds our expectations and our customers'.
