- Guide families, don't just sell to them. Through consultative, relationship-driven conversations, you'll walk families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options — accompaniment first, arrangement second.

- No two days the same, because no two family experiences are the same. From arrangement meetings to committals to parish outreach, you'll be present across the full arc of a family's journey, in a dynamic, fast-paced role.
- Base salary of $50,000
- Uncapped commission
- Additional bonus opportunities
- Top performers can earn over $100,000

- 2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
- Interest in working in a Catholic environment. This is about calling, not checkboxes. All faiths and backgrounds welcome — what we need is a heart that's genuinely drawn to this mission.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
- Strong organization and excellent time management skills
- Bilingual Spanish language skills (verbal, and written)
- Proficient computers, software, and technology aptitude
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Valid Driver's License
