Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred; SNF experience is strongly preferred by the client.
• Familiarity with NetHealth and PointClickCare documentation systems preferred.
• Assistants expected productivity knowledge: 90% productivity expectation; ability to work within productivity standards.
• Resume required to submit as a substitute; candidate must be prepared to provide an updated resume.
• Preferred candidates will have prior experience treating post-acute and long-term care populations.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday, with option to flex under certain circumstances.
• Documentation Systems: NetHealth and PointClickCare.
• Floating: Candidate may be expected to float to other facility locations as needed.
